If the most flourishing moment in life could be brusquely captured to preserve its most beautiful state, it would be like blazing flames that is as fiery as it is memorable.
With free, untamed and animalistic curvature combined with blocks of bold and gradient colors, the series shatters law and logic of nature, creating a bizarre ecological imagery. Meanwhile, continuing the “Puer Aeternus” series, the gender-free youth delineated with gold foil seems to run in a behemoth-like garden, revealing an inner world of plenitude. Child-like innocence, like treasure to every grown-up, permeates the interpretations of post-adolescent plots in the narrative landscapes.
Looking like mountains from afar and flowers when viewed closely, the changing proportion of the composition comes from the youth’s meandering in time and space, forming an excursion in the wilderness. However, visual perception is an adventure of philosophical reasoning, in which I could not be sure whether I have entered a forbidden dimension. Or, is the drastic change of the surrounding environment simply too much for me to bear?
